hmm yeah Krooks march i think needs some work. The brass sample at 1:22 sounds off and the low strings at 1:11 are too low unlike the original spc.

Ahh yeh i can notice the difference in fear factory. Also not sure if you have noticed In fear factory the low bassy type of harp or string sound is kind of quiet. its part of the main track rhtythm. Hot head bop Mining Melancholy are the ones i want most but they are pretty difficult to finding the actual original samples for it.

Do you have to manipulate the MIDI data first before dropping any samples in, considering most of the data comes out inaccurate from being converted from SPCs?

Okay it seems my spctool windows version .07r52, does not let me export to a midi file. s yeah maybe vgmtrans might be useful, however, i heard converting a spc to midi is pretty dogdgy and that it exports garbage values and doesn't keep the original information accuratley.
