DKC - Randomizer

This patch is for a 1.0, U, DKC rom. It's a randomizer, a static and dynamic one. Thank you to Simion32, whose object list I couldn't have done this without. Also thank you to Mattrizzle, for documenting "control codes". Thank you, guys!

Cool! V0oid loved this ROM hack. Although he found it quite annoying at times. Nice job with this hack and the tutorial! :parry:
