Non-DKC hacks featuring DKC elements

I discovered something interesting courtesy of YouTube... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sog10Dk6cXA&NR

It's actually a Super Mario World hack, but it borrows heavily from DKC2 (at least in the level featured in the above video). I'm amazed at how well the hacker managed to merge elements from Mario and DK games; it's like the Mushroom Kingdom residents have taken over K. Rool's lovely bramble mazes! It's impressive how authentic Stickerbrush Symphony sounds when using SMW's sound samples... Obviously, it sounds better in DKC2, but this is a fair representation. One thing I'd like to know though... can Mario (AKA Boon, in this hack) use the Koopa shells to take out Zingers?

For a SMW hack, that looks very difficult! I like how the barrels were implemented, it fit in well with the game despite being a ripoff of DKC2 brambles. I'd like to try playing that, but I haven't found an IPS patch anywhere (yet)...

Not only this level, I do believe there is another level in this hack that attempts to replicate Haunted Hall.

This hack also has:

DKC2 Ice level background
Squawks with searchlight on one level
Squawks CARRYING YOU on one level (Can fire eggs)
The haunted hall remake
Zingers in some levels.

How do I know this? I'VE GOT THIS HACK! =D

I've registered on here to say that there's a Super Mario World video with a much better version of the bramble music. It's like they reverse-engineered the music code for DKC2 and ported it to SMW (I won't be surprised it that is actually the case).
