DKC3 GBA debug remnants(?)

Hey.
I've done GBA hacking in the past, but have not really studied it objectively. I've only recently gone into checking DKC3-GBA out, and hope to learn more as I go deeper.
Here's a few interesting things:
0xFD0000, ASCII:
