My least favorite would have to be Bramble Blast. It was just so long and took me three months to beat it as a kid. I mjght enjoy it nowadays because I'm older, but I don't really care to play it ever again.

Koindozer Klamber fer sure yo, that is so frickin' annoying when you're being that fat baby and they push you off a cliff or something. That was like half of my whole childhood.
Kiddy + Koindozers = Now my least favourite levels... this'll have to be a tie between Kongfused Kliffs, Stampede Sprint and Tyrant Twin Tussle. (All on DKC3 by coincidence)
Koindozer Klamber for me too. Also, the GBA version of Springing Spiders is a lot harder than the SNES version, mostly due to the slow camera, so that's probably tied with KK for me.
I LOATH Glimmer's Galleon and Screech's sprint in DKC 2, Gloomy Galleon and Crystal Caves (mainly because of the giant clubby thing) in DK64, and the one fish water level in DKC3.
DKC2: (Haven't played this game as much as the others) Slimb Climb Screech's Sprint Animal Antics
DKC3: Fish Food Frenzy Swoopy Salvo
DKC3 has a lot of stages that are like 'GET MOVIN BIZATCH OR DIE LOL', but for some reason I really enjoy stages like Ripsaw Rage, Lightening Lookout, and Kong-fused Cliffs. They really are unique in their level design, and are more challenging than usual which makes them so memorable.
In DKC, Slipslide Ride and Croctopus Chase were some of my least favourite, mainly since they didn't appeal to me. Plus Croctopus Chase forces you to swim speedily, not something I like.
DKC2, I disliked Red-Hot Ride (or whatever it's called) riding the baloons was pretty annoying. Levels which involve you flying with Squawks also were some of the harder ones.
And in DKC3, mainly levels which force you to keep running. Example, Riverside Race or Ripsaw Rage.
