Rocket Rush.
I've never gotten that far (I haven't even beaten the game yet), but that level looks really cool. (Kinda like a predecessorto the rocket barrel levels in DKCR)

I think that I liked Swoopy Salvo the best... I can't really remember, though. It's been a long time. I did feel bad for the poor little woodpeckers getting stuck in the sides of the tree!

I liked Stampede Sprint because of the music and the fast paste level.

I kinda liked Criss Kross Cliffs.
EDIT : I think its a tie, Swoopy Salvo and Criss Kross Cliffs.
