I think I know the one you're talking about. It's the song talking about the man who is blue and everything around him is also blue. I remember singing this in the car with my mum and sister back in the day! I still remember all the words!

Yellow---DKC of course
Green---Dr. Teeth from the Muppets
Brown---Balthier from FFXII
Blue---Swanky (current one ;P)
